WordPress comes with built in comment system allowing the users to leave comments on your website, this is great for user engagement, but it is also targeted by spammers as well so beware.

To deal with this you’ll need to enable comment moderation on your website.

View Settings-Discussions page and scroll down to “Before a comment Appears section”. Check the box next to Comment must be manually approved.
